Test of MathJaX
Here is the displayed-math
\begin{equation}
\int_0^{2\pi} \sin x\rd x,
\end{equation}
and the inline math $x>0$. Of course you can put math between the nonmath label to escape the process of MathJaX, for example
1 |
<nonmath>$x>0$</nonmath> |
Now, I will turn to test some new environment, like theorems:
Theorem 1
- A genotype matrix G.
- The Rows of the matrix are individuals/ taxa.
- The columns of the matrix are SNP sites/ characters.
which is produced by
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 |
<div id="Theorem1" class="theorem"> <h2>Theorem 1</h2> <ul> <li>A genotype matrix G.</li> <li>The Rows of the matrix are individuals/ taxa.</li> <li>The columns of the matrix are SNP sites/ characters.</li> </ul> </div> |
similarly, I also defined an environment of example, as:
Example
This is Example 1, can you see the title, if you cannot see, what is the problem did you think there it is?
- A genotype matrix G.
- The Rows of the matrix are individuals/ taxa.
- The columns of the matrix are SNP sites/ characters.
The aboving example can be produced by the following code:
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 |
<div class="example", id="example1"> <h2>Example</h2> This is Example 1, can you see the title, if you cannot see, what is the problem did you think there it is? <ol> <li>A genotype matrix G.</li> <li>The Rows of the matrix are individuals/ taxa.</li> <li>The columns of the matrix are SNP sites/ characters.</li> </ol> </div> |
The next thing I want to do is make these objects/ environments auto-numbering and cross-ref possible. If you are also interesting in it, maybe you can help me out here.
